The Newtown Tennis Association will hold the Newtown Open at Treadwell Park Saturday and Sunday, September 17 and 18.

Cost is $30 for singles and $60 for doubles. Dinner/draw release September 16 at Newtown Country Club. (Rain date September 24 and 25). The Newtown Junior Classic will take place at Newtown High School Saturday and Sunday, October 1 and 2. Cost is $20 per competitor. (Rain date October 8 and 9).
