Newtown United Methodist Church will host a take-out spaghetti dinner this month.

Candice Rothe and a team of volunteers will prepare the meals, which will be served via drive-thru presentation from the lower parking lot of NUMC, 92 Church Hill Road, on Saturday, May 21, between 4 and 7 pm.

Reservations are due by May 16, however.

Dinners will include spaghetti or zoodles with choice of marinara, meat or spicy sauce; garlic bread, garden salad, fruit salad, and dessert. Cost is $16 per meal, $15 for age 62 and older. Gluten-free meals are $17 and $16, respectively.

Diners can also add meatballs and/or sausage to their entrée for an additional $1 each. NUMC’s meatballs have been traditionally very large.

Orders should be called in to Rothe, at 203-217-9732. Cash or check payment can be done at the time of pick-up.

Proceeds benefit the church.
