St Rose Knights of Columbus had its first Friday Knight Fish Fry of the year on the chilly evening of March 4. The event is scheduled to run weekly during Lent through April 15 in the parking lot of St Rose School, 46 Church Hill Road.

The annual fundraiser is presented by and benefits the St Rose Knights of Columbus, who have volunteers diligently working in the outdoor kitchen, directing a constant flow of traffic, and delivering customers’ meals curbside. There is no indoor dining this year.

People can order fried and baked fish and chip dinners, baked fish taco dinners with fries, eggplant rollatini dinners with fries, as well as clam chowder.

Online ordering is available at KofC185.org/fish-fry.
