To the Editor:

I would like to offer my heartfelt thank you to the Newtown community for the support and warm welcome I have received over the course of my first couple of months as the owner of “Indigo Jane Boutique” here in Newtown. I also want to thank John Voket and The Newtown Bee for kindly featuring my new shop in the Business Buzz section of the April 24 issue.

My husband and I have lived in Newtown for 23 years and have very much enjoyed raising our three daughters in this wonderful town. Now, as a new business owner, I am experiencing the positivity of the town from a different angle, and it has been extremely rewarding.
