Healing Expo Offers Much More Than Chicken Soup

Southbury — Julie Levesque, a registered psychiatric nurse, holistic counselor, and energy worker and president of Imagine Your Soul, LLC, a Connecticut-based holistic healing organization, announces the first annual Soul Searching Expo, November 11, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 1284 Strongtown Road, from 10 am to 5 pm. The event will include workshops, an exhibition hall where visitors can learn about and experience a variety of practices, a raffle, door prizes, and “goodie bags,” all geared toward health and well-being.

Select portions of the event will be webcast live on www.imagineyoursoul.com. This will enable global participation for people seeking new avenues toward peace and healing. Tickets will be sold at the door and are priced at $5 for basic entry to the expo, $25 for the expo and classes, and a number of price packages for those who want to participate online.

Workshops will be taught by professionals from all over New England on topics as nutrition; skin care; art, angelic and sound healing; yoga and dance; astrology and tarot; energy healing; mediums, massage, hypnotherapy; and reflexology. There will be organic and metaphysical products to purchase as well as a variety of readings and healings to participate in. The event is sponsored by The Crowne Plaza Southbury, and Natural Awakenings magazine.
