To the Editor:

Eversource’s statement for August tells me my electric usage for this August was the same as August of last year and the bar chart shows it the same as the July just passed.

Not possible. I was without power for eight days in August, over one quarter of the month. I do not recall being without power for eight days this past July or August of last year.

Fiction. Where are they getting these numbers, out of a hat?

Wherever, this is what they are billing and we are paying.
