Due to COVID-19’s continued impact on venue restrictions and accommodations, the promoting company of two special events planned this year at Edmond Town Hall has updated the venue’s calendar.

The Imagination Movers, first announced for May 3 and postponed to October 18, has been moved to 2021, date TBA.

Similarly, the return of comedian Tom Green, scheduled for September 27, will instead take place next year, according to an announcement from Zoot Live Events.

The promoter on July 17 issued a statement saying, “The safety and well being of the talent and its travel accommodations along with ticket holders is a priority and of utmost importance.

“We are working to fulfill both dates with the talent and theater in 2021 that can allow for a safe and interactive environment for all. Quite obviously, live events have taken a hit.”

Tickets already purchased for either show will be accepted on the new dates.

If current ticket holders realize they cannot attend the rescheduled performances, they will be refunded.
