General Auditions At Hartford Stage

HARTFORD — Hartford Stage will be scheduling appointments soon for open call auditions of local Equity member and non-member actors for its upcoming 2004-05 season. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Auditions for those who are current members of the Actor’s Equity Association will be Monday and Tuesday, August 16-17, from 9:30 am until 5:30 pm. Non-Equity auditions will be Wednesday, August 18, during the same hours.

Appointments can be arranged by calling 860-525-5601 between 10 am and 4 pm Monday, August 9 through Friday, August 14.  Appointments will be taken on these dates only and space is limited.

Audition location and requirements will be discussed when actors call to arrange for an appointment.

Please note these are for adult roles only. Auditions for children’s roles in Hartford Stage’s seventh annual production of A Christmas Carol will be held separately in the fall at a date to be determined.
