All town offices in Newtown are closed for Memorial Day. USPS mail is not delivered this day.

The local transfer station and Connecticut DMV offices are always closed on Mondays.

The office of The Newtown Bee will be closed May 23-25. The office opens again at 8 am on Tuesday, May 26. Please knock or call the front office at 203-426-3141 before entering. All visitors will be asked to wear face masks.
