A Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), St Rose offers an academic curriculum that is enhanced by enrichment programs such a Robotics, Mock Trial, Junior and Advanced Math Club, musical theater, and instrument instruction to name a few. The school has an active athletics program, as well.

All teachers are New York or Connecticut State certified with a BS or MS in Education.

One of the highlights of being a student at St Rose School is the Buddy program, which pairs older students with younger students in a variety of school activities and events.
