Trail Days At Bent Of The River

SOUTHBURY — On Wednesday afternoons through early winter, volunteers are invited to visit Bent of the River Audubon Center for light trail work. Work will also continue on barberry removal in a few sensitive areas of the preserve, which is located at 185 East Flat Hill Road.

Volunteers should meet at the barn at 1:30 pm for assignments. Bring work gloves and wear sturdy footwear. For additional information, Bent of the River can be reached by calling 264-5098.
