Town Meeting For POWs

NEWINGTON – VA Connecticut Healthcare Systems and the VA Regional Office Hartford will host a Former Prisoner of War Town Meeting, Wednesday, October 20, at the VA Connecticut Newington campus from 9 to 11:30 AM.

This event is open to all former POWs and their spouses. The agenda includes a panel discussion on health care treatment options available at VA Connecticut, the VA claims process and eligibility information unique to former POWs. VA personnel will also be available to assist with enrollment, claims processing and benefits.

The benefit will be held in Building 2E, third floor, in the Red, White and Blue Rooms. Former POWs are asked to register by calling toll-free, 800/827-1000.
