Jeff A. Cameron

Jeff A. Cameron, 35, of Fairfield, the beloved son of Susan (Masone) Cameron and the late Clarence J. Cameron, Jr, died May 25 in Yale Medical Center.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his devoted sister, Karen Dartley and her husband, Lawrence, of Newtown; his brother, Steve Cameron and his wife, Mary, of Palm Springs, Calif.; his special niece, Jennifer; and his special nephew, Scott.

Born in Bridgeport, Jeff was a graduate of Andrew Warde High School, Class of 1986, and received his degree from Southern Connecticut University in 1990. He was a lifetime Fairfield resident.

Jeff was employed by General Electric for the past six years as a project coordinator – graphic communications. He has previously worked for Billboard Magazine and Capital Records in New York City. He was an avid fan of the UConn Huskies Girls Basketball Team and an avid bowler at Nutmeg Lanes.

A Memorial Service was held on May 28 at St Pius X Church. Interment was in Oaklawn Cemetery.

Shaughnessy Funeral Home, 50 Reef Road, Fairfield, was in charge of the arrangements.
