Alison P. Riley to Craig P. McCarthy

Mary A. Riley of Boston, Mass., has announced the engagement of her daughter, Alison P. Riley, of Charlestown, Mass., to Craig P. McCarthy of Charlestown, Mass., son of Pat and Walter McCarthy of Sandy Hook.

The future bride is also the daughter of the late William C. Riley.

Ms Riley graduated from Hingham High School and Dickinson College in Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s of arts in fine arts. She is employed as vice president, management supervisor at Hill Holliday Advertising Agency in Boston.

Mr McCarthy graduated from Newtown High School, Providence College with a bachelor’s of arts in history, and Watford School of Advertising in Watford, England with a post-graduate degree in advertising. He is employed as consumer insight manager at Converse Inc.

A September wedding is planned.
