Student Spring Recital Series

DANBURY — The Music Learning Center will present its 10th Annual Spring Recital Series the weekend of Friday, May 30, through Sunday, June 1. Approximately 200 instrumentalists and vocalists ranging in age from 5 years old through adult will perform in one of five sections that have been scheduled.

The public is invited and admission is free. A reception will be held after each performance.

The series will begin on Friday at 7 pm, and continue with three sections on Saturday at 1, 3 and 5 pm. Each of these performances will be held in the Marion Anderson Recital Hall at Danbury Music Centre, 256 Main Street.

On Sunday the Spring Recital Series continues at 1 pm with performances at Western Connecticut State University’s Alumni Hall, on the university’s main/midtown campus.

The Music Learning Center’s 25 instructors have helped their students to prepare a variety of solo and small group performances. For more information call 748-1444.
