Coping With Loss
Coping With Loss
Reverend Karen S. Judd, an ordained interfaith minister and a licensed clinical social worker, has integrated her two professional backgrounds to create a community ministry. On Wednesday, October 3, at noon, at C.H. Booth Library, she will discuss how to face different types of loss, from small sorrows to life-altering losses that can be overwhelming. Rev Judd will also cover the different responses to grief, and ways to cope with loss.
Hot chicken soup will be provided to participants, prior to Rev Juddâs program.
Rev Judd is a graduate of Columbia School of Social Work and One Faith Interfaith Seminary in New York City. She has completed training through the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute in New Paltz, N.Y. The program is free and open to the public.
