Small Works By Paula Renee

NEW FAIRFIELD — Artist Paula Renee of Danbury will be having a holiday gift show and sale entitled “Small Works & Smaller Works & Miniatures” at the Barn Gallery in New Fairfield running November 1 through December 29. An opening reception is scheduled for Saturday, November 10, from 2 to 4 pm.

The artist, known for her multi-media works in size ranges of one square foot to nearly 100 square feet, will be showing art in sizes from  nearly 3 x 4 inches up to 12 x 14 inches as acrylic on paper and masonite, painted and dimensionally sculpted, as well as collage, tapestries, and woven paintings in traditional and unusual techniques with images of flowers, trees, landscapes, and quilt-like designs.

Most of the over 100 works are priced between $20 and $100.

The Barn Gallery is located at 82 Route 37 (Creative Corners) just south of the Route 37/39 intersection. Gallery hours are Tuesday and Saturday, 9:30 am to 6 pm; Wednesday and Friday, 9:30 am to 8 pm; and Thursday, noon to 6 pm. Call 746-4502 for additional information.
