To the Editor:

Jordana Bloom has served as our council member for the last two years and has learned a lot about issues facing Newtown. She is a good communicator, experiences concerning council issues, understands the town needs, and is dedicated to the task of improving our town. She attended all but one council meeting, to take her son the college on that meeting day. Jordana enjoys meeting and talking to people. She can be found at the dog park with her two dogs, Nutmeg and Fergus, talking to her many friends.

Jordana is a proud mother of four children. She understand the importance of an excellent education and therefore cares about education issues facing our town. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and lived overseas for seven years. These experiences bring a wider view of the world to our community and the importance of viewing Newtown through a wider lens. She will be a clear and articulate voice for education.

Please join me in voting for Jordana this November.
