The Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) has rescheduled a public hearing to address three applications which a Milford firm has submitted in connection with its proposal to demolish the existing Citgo Friendly gas station/convenience store at 147-151 South Main Street (Route 25) and build a new gas station/convenience store there.

The public hearing, which had been scheduled for Thursday, September 19, has been postponed to 7:30 pm on Thursday, October 3, at Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street. The postponement is necessary because a required mailing made by applicant CPCI, LLC, to people with real estate holdings within 500 feet of the 6.7-acre site misstated the date of the hearing.
