Instructor Debbie Kenyon leads the chair classes – a low-level class that’s perfect for those who haven’t exercised in a while and those who would like some additional upper body stretching – on Mondays at 1 pm and Wednesdays at 9:15 am, and the resistance band classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am.
