Post Office Offers Passport Service

The Newtown Post Office on Commerce Road is now accepting passport applications on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:45 am to 4 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm.

The passport fee is $55 per application. The post office fee is an additional $30 per application, for a total cost of $85 per application. If the passport is needed quickly, there is an additional $5 fee to expedite the service. Express mail, if desired, is an additional $27.30.

Passports also are available from the Probate Court office at Edmond Town Hall. Fees there also are $85 per application. Expedited service is an additional $60, which includes overnight mail.
