DANBURY — In the wake of the devastating earthquake and tsunamis that spread across Southeast Asia, the American Red Cross of Western Connecticut has been cooperating with other American Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and other organizations in the region to mobilize staff and volunteers and to deploy teams to the affected areas.

Persons who would like to help by making financial donations to the American Red Cross International Response Fund, should call 800-HELP NOW. Donations also can be mailed through the American Red Cross of Western Connecticut, 2 Terrace Place, Danbury CT 06810, or call 792-8200.
