Pasta Dinner Returns Dec. 4

The next monthly pasta dinner will be held Saturday, December 4, at Newtown United Methodist Church. Dinner is served from 5 to 7:30 pm. Donation is $7 per adult, $6 for seniors, and $3.50 for children. All proceeds are used for the repayment of funds loaned from Wesley Hall.

Dinner includes fruit cup, tossed salad with choice of dressings, pasta with choice of sauces (meatless, mild or spicy), garlic bread, soft drink/coffee and a selection of homemade desserts.

At 7:15, directly following dinner, the Newtown United Methodist Coffee House will present a performance featuring Newtown’s award-winning bluegrass musician Roger Sprung, who performs with his friend Hal Wylie and several other jamming band members.

The entertainment fee is $3 with dinner, or $4 for anyone who would like to visit the hall for the performance only. The fee covers the music, which usually runs from 7:45 to 10:30 pm, and also includes refreshments available during the performance.
