PURPLE HAZE 42, THUGS 39: Anna Lewis poured in 23 points to lead the Purple Haze to the win. Jamie Allison, Sarah Minor, Danielle Saputo and Katie Miller all played well. For the Thugs, Caitlin Martin canned 15 points while Kate Bouteiller dished off seven assists and Caroline Engel pulled down six rebounds.
RUFF RYDERS 30, GOLDEN EYE 24: Whitney Blanchard scored 13 points while Jamie Cavanaugh, Kim Helfer and Mallory McQuail had solid games to lead the Ruff Riders to the win. For Golden Eye, Carrie Young and Jamie Lindquist scored five points apiece. Katie Leahy led the defense. Golden Eye players said, âWe put up a good fight, but didnât pull through . . . but there is always a next time!â
PINK POWER 46, BAD NEWS BEARS 40: Kaitlin Barry scored 12 points and Colleen Davis added 11 as Pink Power rallied from a 12-point, first-half deficit for the win. Christina Wickson (five assists), Angela Shannon (five steals) and Laura Willing (four rebounds) also played well. For the Bears, Caitlin Collier scored 13 points. Lorraine Narel chipped in with seven while Alli Smith, Becky McCullough and Janie Zingoni added six points apiece. Cathy Byrne had a basket and Kelley Coney anchored the defense.
RUFF RYDERS 48, BAD NEWS BEARS 24: Jamie Cavanaugh scored 12 points while Caitlyn Lynch and Whitney Blanchard added 10 points apiece to lead the Ruff Riders to the win. Lindsay Moore led the defense. For the Bears, Caitlin Collier scored seven points as Cathy Byrne and Lorraine Narel added six points apiece. Amanda Maldonado, Kelly Coney and Becky McCullough each added a basket.
GOLDEN EYE 58, THUGS 36: Carrie Young scored 12 points and Catherine Foster added 11 as Golden Eye rolled to the win. Lindsay Blomberg led the defense and Ashleigh Smarrella was strong off the glass. For the Thugs, Kate Bouteiller scored 16 points. Caitlin Martin (eight assists), Michelle Nelson (six steals) and Jen Russell (nine boards) had solid games.
PINK POWER 56, PURPLE HAZE 22: Colleen Davis scored 14 points and Laura Willing added 10 as Pink Power played âthe best game thus far, with everyone playing well together and everyone scoring,â according to team captains. Kaitlin Barry dished off five assists, Lauren Blomberg made six steals, and Megan Critelli pulled down six boards. Ashley Molden and Christina Wickson also played well. For the Haze, Jessica Ward scored six points while Katie Miller dished off six assists. Danielle Saputo, Anna Lewis and Nicole Hamilton all played well.
GOLDEN EYE 44, PURPLE HAZE 18: Liz Kochuba scored 10 points and Lindsay Blomberg added seven to lead Golden Eye to the win. Team captains said, âJames Bond was in town and our nasty shooting made us get a win.â Carrie Young had seven assists, Tate Hoeffel had five steals, and Ashley Smarrella pulled down 10 rebounds. For the Haze, Danielle Saputo had seven points. Nicole Hamilton, Jessica Ward, Sarah Minor and Katie Miller all had good games.
BAD NEWS BEARS 38, THUGS 36 (OT): Caitlin Collier scored 10 points while Lorraine Narel and Cathy Byrne combined for 17 as the Bad New Bears nipped the Thugs in overtime. Alli Smith, Becky McCullough and Janie Zingoni added four points apiece. Kelley Coney powered up the defense. For the Thugs, Kate Bouteiller had nine points while Michele Nelson (eight assists), Kerin Sovern (eight steals), and Jen Mueller (three rebounds) played well. Captains said, âThe team played an excellent game and really played hard.â
RUFF RYDERS 33, PINK POWER 27: Whitney Blanchard scored 12 points as the Ruff Ryders defeated the Pink Power. Jamie Cavanaugh, Kim Helfer and Mallory McQuail also played well. Captains said, âEven the second time around, the Ruff Ryders proved they are still in full effect against the Pink Power.â For the Power, Colleen Davis had 17 points while Kaitlin Barry, Angela Shannon and Megan Critelli played well.

T-BLAZERS 62, ROUGH RIDERS 44: Matt Saunders canned 14 points and Keith Neidig made seven steals to lead the Blazers to the win. For the Riders, Pete Engel scored 14 points and Eric Volmer added 10.
TAR HEELS 67, DAWG POUND 51: Tom OâToole scored 18 points and Alex rode pulled down 10 rebounds to lead the Tar Heels to the win. Tony Napoleone, Matt McCarthy and Scott Walrath all played well. For the Pound, Nathan Gaines scored 13 points and John Werbeck added nine.
SHAOLIN 68, MUG WUMPS 40: Chris Arnold poured in 24 points and Chris Pierce pulled down 20 rebounds to lead Shaolin to the win. Mark Huot had 12 steals and Mike Sobo dished off eight assists. For the Wumps, Lyddy had 12 points.
INDIANS 51, YANKEES 42: Dave Roodhuyzen scored 19 points to lead the Indians to the win. Dave Andras (10 assists), Mark Werbeck (six steals) and Dave Tokarski (10 rebounds) had great games. For the Yankees, Joe Gantert scored 16 points while John Toi had 10 steals and 10 rebounds.
