Goods & Services Auction April 28

BETHEL — First Congregational Church of Bethel will hold its Annual Goods and Services Auction on Saturday, April 28, at the church, 46 Main Street in Bethel.

Doors will open at 5:30 for viewing of the auction items, and bidding will begin promptly at 7 pm. Finger foods such as hamburgers, hotdogs, chili, sodas, and brownies will be available beginning at 5:30 and continuing all evening.

The auction will include over 100 goods or services provided or made by church members. Some of the items include dinners prepared and brought to your house, a dessert a month, garden rototilling, babysitting, ironing, wallpapering, computer lessons, handmade quilts and afghans, handmade and hand painted baskets, hand carved cats, among other offerings.
