To the Editor:

The Board of Education will be very fortunate to have George Caracciolo as a member. He will bring to this position many years of experience as a former member of a Board of Education in New York. He has certainly shown himself to be a “self thinker” and expresses his opinions in a positive way.

The board is facing many important decisions now and in the years to come and George will be at the forefront of putting into action the ideas and vision he feels are for the good of our students. Our school system will be one of the best in the area thanks to the commitment of people like George. He keeps the community advised and in the loop by his letters to the editor concerning issues discussed at the board level. He will make himself available to the community to answer any and all questions one may have.

I feel good knowing we have someone with such interest and integrity serving our school system.

You have an opportunity on November 3 to return George to the Board of Education. Please do so on behalf of our schools and children.
