RED HOOK, N.Y. —  Need a place to stay or a good place to eat near the location of an antiques show? Well, just ask a dealer and generally you will be steered in the right direction. Such is the case at the Rhinebeck Antiques Fair where a core of exhibitors have long been tenants at the Gas Light Inn in Red Hook, a pleasant establishment run by Lorraine DeCarlo.
