Slices Of Thanks For ‘PIE’

To The Editor:

The staff and Board of Directors of Newtown Youth Services would like to thank local businesses and organizations that have come forward to offer financial support for our parenting newsletter, PIE (Parents’ Idea Exchange). Starbucks Coffee, Taunton Press, the Sandy Hook PTA, and the PTA Council have contributed recently toward PIE, which is distributed free of charge each month to all Newtown’s elementary and middle school students, preschools, and day care providers, at local drop-off points such as the Booth library and the Drug Center, and by mailing list.

We truly appreciate these donations, which keep PIE in production as a parenting resource for the community and a way to stay connected with the youth and families of the town. We would also like to thank Image One Printing and Graphics for their tremendous help with the production of PIE.
