Women’s Fellowship To Meet May 25

Gordon Williams will speak about the tercentennial at the Newtown Congregational Church Women’s Fellowship Annual Dinner Tuesday, May 25, at 6 pm, at The Homesteads at Newtown.

There will be a buffet dinner of fish, chicken, beef, salad, vegetables, and dessert. Cost is $15 and space is limited. Reservations are needed immediately by calling Jill Skidmore at 426-8783 or Marie Walker at 426-9781.

The slate of officers to be voted on include: Maria Barresi and Dolores Allen, co-presidents; Nancy Fansher, treasurer; Evelyn Watts, recording secretary; Louise Baker, sunshine; Jeane Roberts, program; Marie Studevant and Jill Skidmore, membership; Charlotte Kalley and Marie Walker, hospitality; Darlene Jackson and Shannon Hicks, publicity; Martie Eastwood, nominating.
