Thomas G. Peck

Thomas G. Peck, 50, of Stratford, died on August 17 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in West Haven.

He is survived by a sister, Nancy (Peck) Kuhn and her husband, Richard, of Newtown.

Born in Bridgeport to Clarence A. and Zennie (Weaver) Peck of Stratford, he was a lifelong resident of Stratford. Thomas was retired from the US Marine Corps, having served in the Vietnam War.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include two brothers, Davy Peck of Stratford, and Daniel Peck and his wife, Mary, of the Huntington section of Shelton; another sister, Danette Broadhurst of Stratford; nieces and nephews, Adam Peck, Benjamin Broadhurst, James Peck, Amy Detore, Dana Broadhurst, and Kerilyn Peck; and a great-niece, Sofia Detore.

Funeral services were held on August 21 in the White Oak Baptist Church, Stratford, with the Rev Barry Brown officiating. Interment with full military honors was in Mountain Grove of Easton Cemetery.

Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford, was in charge of arrangements.
