Watercolor Program By Goodspeed

Barbara Goodspeed of Sherman is scheduled to demonstrate in watercolor for The Society of Creative Arts of Newtown (SCAN) on Wednesday, March 26, at 1:30 pm. Her subject will be a landscape in watercolor.

The program is open to the public and will be at Newtown Meeting House (lower level), 31 Main Street in Newtown. Admission is free.

Mrs Goodspeed is a popular instructor at SCAN. She will explain the design and compositional elements as she develops her painting. In addition she will share insights she has gleaned studying with Ed Whitney, as well as other well-known artists.
