Norm Bossio, who brought several hundred people to their feet last year, will kick off the Newtown Parent Connection’s 2005-2006 forums on Tuesday, September 20, at 7 pm. To accommodate the anticipated crowd, the venue will be changed to the Newtown High School auditorium. Mr Bossio will present “Ah, Parenthood! How To Burn The Candle At Both Ends Without Burning Out.”

Mr Bossio will address the issues of stress, family, and wellness through humorous stories and anecdotes from his own life. The audience will ride the roller coaster of emotions as they begin to realize how close to home Mr Bossio’s stories are.

Are you wondering whether you are a Type A or B personality? Would you like to know why “miserable” people are always together? Do you want to know how to deal with those who spread stress? Have you heard the saying, “I have one nerve left and you are standing on it?” Be prepared to be enlightened and entertained.

As a result of his previous Newtown appearance, Mr Bossio has been asked to do a national series for PBS. This encore presentation is perfect for parents or grandparents of all ages and stages.
