Students will deepen their relationship with their baby through gentle postures, breath work, vocal toning, and meditation. Benefits will include increased flexibility, relaxation, and confidence preparing for labor and childbirth.
Instructor Cyndi Gaffney is 200 hour certified teacher through Lotus Gardens Yoga LLC and holds an additional certification in prenatal yoga through Transformational Arts LLC. Â Ms Gaffney teaches traditional hatha yoga with an emphasis on the integration of yoga postures with breath work.
