Christmas Victorian Tea & Sale

SOUTH BRITAIN — The 8th Annual Victorian Tea and Sale will be held at South Britain Congregational Church on Saturday, December 3, from 11 am to 3 pm in the church’s parish hall.

Every year the tea provides an opportunity for visitors to welcome the holiday season in a warm and festive atmosphere.

Doll clothes are knit and crocheted as well. Included this year will be faux fur vests, flannel nightgowns with matching robes and outfits for children.

Baked goods, candy, fresh sprays and table-top trees dressed for the holiday will also be sold.

A luncheon, with fancy tea sandwiches, cakes, cookies and beverages, will be served beginning at 11:30 am. This year more seating will be available for shoppers and the cost of the Tea will remain at $8 per person. Festive holiday music will be performed during the tea.
