Protecting Those Little Teeth

NEW MILFORD — When should my child begin teething? How important are baby teeth? When does my child need to begin fluoride treatment? These any many other questions will be addressed at an upcoming Community Health Education program entitled “Protecting Those Little Teeth.”

On Tuesday, September 11 pediatric dentist Chad Zambon, a member of the New Milford Hospital Medical Staff, will provide an in-depth discussion on dental health for our children. The program is being held at the Richmond Center located on Main Street in New Milford.

Dr Zambon’s presentation will cover eruption patterns, the importance of baby teeth, cleaning teeth before and after eruption, the etiology of decay, thumb and pacifier use, fluoride, pediatric dentistry, common oral conditions, and many other issues related to our children and their dental hygiene.  A question and answer period will follow this talk.
