BRIDGEWATER — “A Collection of Works by Alain Picard,” an exhibition of fine pastel portraits and landscapes by the Bethel-based artist, will open at The Burnham Library on Sunday, August 24, from 2 to 4 pm. The public is invited to meet the artist while enjoying the show, which opened last month. The exhibition is on view until August 29.
