Anna Huntington is known to all Bethel Library patrons as the woman who sculpted Lincoln on horseback, and then presented the sculpture to the library. Less known is her husband Archer, whose knowledge, achievements and generosity were exemplary.

Mary Mitchell will be using her recently published book about the Huntingtons as the basis for her program about the couple. Following her presentation Mrs Mitchell will sign copies of her books, with a  portion going to library’s Capital Campaign to complete the building’s expansion.
