Frances Jean Perry Wynn, 84, of Saltaire Village, Calabash, N.C., and formerly of Spring Lake Heights, N.J., died January 20 at Autumn Care of Shallotte, N.C. She was the mother of Patricia Linnell of Newtown.

Also surviving her is her husband Thomas Wynn of Calabash; five sons, Robert Perry of Maple Grove, Minn., David Perry of Nutley, N.J., Michael Perry of Washington Turnpike, N.J., John Perry of Long Valley, N.J., and Jimmy Perry of St Louis Mo.; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her first husband, James Perry, in 1979.

Born in Worcester, England, on January 14, 1922, she was the daughter of Henry and Isabella McMurtrie McGill. During World War II, she had served as a nurse in England and was later employed by J.C. Penney in  the United States.

Services were held January 26 at St Catharine’s Cemetery, Wall, N.J.
