Safe Boating Registration Remains Open

The registration deadline for an April safe boating course has been removed, and participants can still sign up for the session scheduled for Saturday, April 2, session from 8 am to 4 pm, at Edmond Town Hall. The course is sponsored by the Sandy Hook based Leaps of Faith Disabled Water Skiers.

Coast Guard instructors will lead the course, which is open to participants ages 12 and older. The fee is $59.

Coffee, doughnuts, and lunch are included. Those completing the course will qualify for a Connecticut boating license. Proceeds go towards the wounded warrior programs and disabled skiers.
