Chills And Thrills At The Library

Thrill seekers will have the opportunity Thursday, September 15, at 7:30 pm, to meet famous psychic investigator Lorraine Warren and author Cheryl Wicks, formerly of Newtown, at C.H. Booth Library, Main Street.

The two women, authors of the book Ghost Tracks, will share their insights into paranormal activity and other-worldly phenomena.

Ms Wicks is a former New York City publishing executive and is editor of the New England Society for Psychic Research Journal. Ms Warren and her husband, Ed Warren, of Monroe, have explored the area of psychic phenomena for more than 50 years. They are most noted for their investigation of what came to be known as “The Amityville Horror.”

Ghost Tracks, written by Ms Wicks in collaboration with Ms Warrens, explains the different kinds of psychic disturbances, their causes and their triggers. The book also shares the process of psychic investigation and how these investigations are resolved.

A book signing will follow the program. Copies of the book will be available at the talk.

Call 426-4533 to reserve a place.
