Martin Glick Sculpture Show

PIERMONT, N.Y. -- Sculptor Martin Glick will be having a solo exhibit of his
work, in the North Gallery, at the Piermont Fine Arts Gallery, 218 Ash Street.
The exhibit will open April 22 and close May 9.
In this exhibit, Glick will be showing figures, portraits, "Wallflowers,"
animal sculptures and drawings.
The sculptures vary in scale and are traditional in their realism. Glick uses
bonded bronze and patinated stoneware to create sculptures with a high degree
of finish.
Glick is an award winning sculptor, with recent awards including first place
in the Hudson Valley Art Association, and the Lindsey Morris Memorial Award at
the Allied Artists of America exhibit. He was also selected for the University
of Connecticut Medical Center Invitational Sculpture Show. The medical center
has purchased one of his works for their permanent collection. He resides in
Pomona, N.Y.
The Piermont Fine Arts Gallery is open Thursday, noon to 6 pm, Friday and
Saturday, noon to 9 pm, and Sunday, noon to 6 pm, or by appointment. Telephone
