P&Z Rejects Subdivision Application
P&Z Rejects Subdivision Application
The Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) has rejected an application for a two-lot residential subdivision on High Bridge Road, near the Monroe town line.
Following consideration of the application from Emilio Cappiello to cut a 3.45-acre parcel at 39 High Bridge Road into two building lots, P&Z members on December 2 unanimously rejected the proposal.
P&Z members decided that the application was inconsistent with the townâs subdivision regulations and was incomplete, lacking the basic information necessary for the P&Z to find that the application complied with applicable land use regulations.
Also, the land proposed for subdivision lacked an adequate design for septic waste disposal, the P&Z decided.
