Margaret C. Ermilio

Margaret (Calogero) Ermilio, 84, of New Milford, formerly of Danbury, died June 23 at Candlewood Valley Health Care Center. She was the wife of Salvatore Ermilio and was predeceased by her first husband, Ferdinando Calogero.

Mrs Ermilio is survived by four daughters, Arlene Hammer of Newtown, Carol Calsetta, Barbara Dunlap, and Janet M. Jones, all of New Milford; a son Fred Calogero, Jr, of Danbury; two brothers, Frank and Charles Mineo of Florida; three sisters, Jessie Brunetti and Madeline Alongi of Long Island, N.Y., and Evelyn Hackett of Florida; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was born in Kilizeon, Penn., September 26, 1918, daughter of the late Carmelo and Santa (Cintenio) Mineo. She was working in the Grandma Program of the Danbury Regional Center of Danbury at the time of her retirement.

Funeral Services were held at St Paul Lutheran Church, 44 Spring Street, Danbury. Burial was in St Peter Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Parkinson Association, 116 John Street, New York, NY 10038.
