A Mailbox Rescue

To the Editor:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the town workers who fixed my mailbox after it was knocked by the town mower. The mailbox was listing a little before it was hit and maybe would have stayed upright for a little while longer, but I appreciate that they took the time to do a  thorough job and now I have a mailbox that should withstand a few more New England winters.
