Leaves A Legacy Of Humor

Terry Stanley Koziol, 73, of Fairfield, beloved husband of Sonia Koziol, died May 2. He was born in Scranton, Penn., October 3, 1935, to John and Anna Koziol.

Mr Koziol is survived by his wife; a son; and two daughters, including Donna White and her husband, Steven, of Sandy Hook; a brother; three sisters; three grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He served in the US Air Force and was a Korean War veteran. He was a retired welder from Avco Lycoming, Inc, where he worked for more than 25 years. Mr Koziol was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed being with his family and grandchildren. His sense of humor will always be remembered.

The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff at St Vincent’s Medical Center and the Fairfield Fireman’s Department for their devoted care.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held May 9. Committal was private.
