A Heartbreaking Loss

To the Editor:

I am heartbroken over the fact that a beautiful 18th Century house and dairy barn were demolished for the sole purpose of development.

This farm was owned and operated by Donald and Helen Ferris on 2-14 Head O’ Meadow Road off Boggs Hill.

I hope that writing this letter will never let it happen again.
