WOODBURY — Beaux Arts Gallery, at 16 Sherman Hill Road, will open a new exhibit called “On Location” on February 7. The exhibit will consist of paintings and prints which were done on a specific location or inspired by a particular location.  Scenes from Litchfield County, Martha’s Vineyard, New York City and New York state are included. 

A variety of artists are represented including Peter Colquhoun and Patricia Melvin of New York City, and Anda Jasmine Styler, Peter Seltzer, Ella Knox, Tom Adkins, Janice Baragwanath and Stella Bloch, all of Connecticut. The exhibit will continue until March 11.

The gallery is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 4:30 pm.  For more information call 203/263-3939.
