Workshop For Parents To Be

WATERBURY — The Family Care Center of Waterbury Hospital will offer a one-day Prepared Childbirth Workshop on Saturday, March 11, from 9 am to 4 pm.

The course will emphasize varied breathing techniques and relaxation methods designed to assist couples during labor and delivery. The workshop will be held in the West Wing 3 Classroom, third floor at the hospital.

The cost is $100 per couple and includes a tour of the Family Birthing Center. Pre-registration is required; call 203/573-7219 for more information.
