Charlotte L. Gibson

Charlotte L. (Pioreck) Gibson, 75, of Chatham, Mass., died on June 10 at Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis, Mass.

A former resident of Newtown, she moved to Chatham, Mass., in 1968.

She was born on May 20, 1926, in New Rochelle, N.Y., and was raised and educated in New Rochelle. She was a graduate of Pelham, N.Y., High School.

She was employed as a real estate agent for Jackie Cotter in Chatham, Mass., for several years; clerk at Liquor Locker in Chatham, Mass., for several years; nurse for the Chatham-Orleans VNA for several years; and clerk at The Harwich Spirit Shoppe in Harwich, Mass., for many years until the time of her death.

She enjoyed poetry, crafts, country music, reading, going to the library, and was a horse lover. She is survived by two daughters, Randi Moberg of West Chatham, Mass., and Elisabeth Moberg of Portland, Me.

Services and burial will be private. Visiting hours will be held in the Nickerson Funeral Home, Crowell Road, Chatham, Mass., on Saturday, June 16, from 2 to 4 pm.
