GUNN MEMORIAL LIBRARY BOOK SALE OCT 6–7 IN WASHINGTON, CONN.

WASHINGTON, CONN. — The annual book sale to benefit Gunn Memorial Library & Museum will be on Saturday, October 6, 10 am to 4 pm, and Sunday, October 7, 11 to 3, Columbus Day weekend. The preview will be Saturday from 9 to 10 am with an entry charge of $15.

This year’s book sale will offer a wide selection of books to suit every taste. Rare books, fiction, art, history, photography, gardening, travel, sports, nature, cooking, children’s books, compact discs, videos, DVDs, cassettes and records will be on sale. Prices will start at 50 cents for children’s paperbacks and $2 for hardcovers. Rare books are priced individually.
